Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under NO circumstances should any kind of soap, liquid chemical or oil be used on any inflatable to make it slippery and faster. Also please DO NOT put any chlorine tablets in the landing pools and keep any kind of candy or silly string away from all inflatables.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Your $100 deposit is ONLY refundable if you or we cancel due to bad weather. We know life happens so you can use your deposit towards a future rental if your date needs to be changed. If rain or inclement weather is EXPECTED on your rental date, we will reach out earlier in the week to discuss your options. You do have the choice to reschedule or take your chances with rain only. Thunder, Lightning and high winds are a definite no but the inflatable units that can be used wet will with stand light rain. Once we deliver the inflatable unit, payment is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of unexpected bad weather or rain. We do reserve the right to pick up any equipment early in case of extreme inclement weather. This is a safety precaution for our equipment and all parties involved.
You can just relax and let us do the work! Every rental cost includes set up and take down. We typically deliver Saturday mornings and pick up Sunday mornings if the rental is located at a personal residence. If it’s at the neighborhood club house, church, school, park etc. it will be a same day pickup. We have free delivery within our 15-mile radius anything outside of that will calculate in check out and specify the delivery charge if necessary.
We supply a 50ft extension cord for each blower required per inflatable. If the inflatable is being set up more than 50 ft from a power source, you will need to provide an additional extension cord.
YES! Our units come with a soaker hose attached to the inflatable for keeping the slide wet while in use but you will need to provide a water hose connected to you water supply, which then can be connected to the extension hose on the unit.
